One of the joys of Messianic Judaism is gathering together. There will be music, good music. There will be teaching, good soul-stirring inspiration and information. There will be dancing. There will be coffee and beer and impromptu groups laughing and talking about their home synagogues and life as Messianics in this crazy world.
We need each other. Conferences like the summer UMJC are a way for us to come together and remember that we may be small, but we aren’t tiny.
So I encourage you to come. Not a member of UMJC synagogue? Well, no one will kick you out. Come anyway. Maybe you will see why the UMJC is a great network of synagogues and want to join a UMJC synagogue or, if you lead an independent congregation, apply for membership.
Here’s the scoop: July 25-28 in Seattle, Washington (home of Rabbi Jason Forbes and coffee, lots of coffee!).
Hyatt Regency Bellevue: see it here.
